ANU Centre of Distance Education Working Hours and Timings

Centre for Distance Education The administrative offices of Acharya Nagarjuna University work between 10:00 AM and 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday). The university is closed on both Saturdays and Sundays, and all the government/public holidays. Some of the support services (such as results, hall tickets, and grievances online portals) may be accessed 24/7 and enabled as self-service. The phone support is provided only at working hours.

In case of urgent issues that are not within operational hours, email, or online grievance/app/chat systems are available.
